Photographer's Note
One of the most delightful Doric temples of Greece, the temple of Aphaia is located atop the pine-clad Mesagro hill on the northeast end of the island, and it is encircled by excellent views of the Saronic Gulf and the surrounding area.
Excavations on the site denote the use of the hill as a place of worship since the Bronze Age while the first architectural elements were erected on site in the 7th century BCE.

This is a nicely composed shot of these fine ruins. Your POV is great including the stones in the foreground while giving us an upward view of the ruins. The upward view places the temple against the nice sky. The lighting and colors are great as is the photo's sharpness.

I miss a bit more of contrasts & sharpness! Maybe a tiny bit overexposed in some details, but I really like the chosen pov, horizontal format, composition and white borders with black words!

Άριστη και καλά διατηρημένος ναός στην Αθήνα, η αρχαία κλασική εποχή. Κατά τον περασμένο αιώνα δεν είχε λάβει την ομορφιά και το μεγαλείο της. Όμορφα χρώματα και τέλεια ευκρίνεια.
