Le Neues Museum (Nouveau Musée) à Berlin.
Photo prise dans un espace ouvert sur deux étages, et ces trois dames derrière le parapet de verre.
Bombardé durant la Deuxième Guerre Mondiale, le bâtiment en ruines est laissé à l'abandon.
Sa réhabilitation est lancée en 1997, après la réunification des deux Allemagnes. Les travaux sont confiés à l'architecte britannique David Chipperfield qui apportera une touche de modernité au bâtiment tout en prenant soin de conserver, pour leur valeur historique, les parties endommagées durant la guerre et en maintenant d'anciennes décorations, comme les peintures murales de la cour égyptienne.
Le Neues Museum rénové a ouvert ses portes au public en 2009.(site internet)

Hello Roland,
It's quite a simple photo but it is smartly composed. I like how the legs of the three girls leaning on the glass parapet have been blurred. It is a kind of funny effect. There is also a glimpse of some interesting art on the beige brick wall.

i agree with Gert, the shadows of the legs through the glass is quite effectful. I also like the geometric lines and forms in this shot, well done!

Hello Roland, Interesting picture from this museum, although we see here mainly three visiting girls. Nice composition. Funny view of their blurred legs behind the glass .

Salut ROland. Les filles ne semblent pas trop interessees au musee' comme je peu voir dans ses poses et regards...ehehe...la capture est tres jolie,sans doutes une parmi les plus originales depuis un musee',qualite' excellente malgre' la difficile lumiere. Belle journee' et merci,Luciano

Your excellent picture shows us that a museum isn’t only a place to see, but also an excellent place to be seen, like these three ladies seems to demonstrate. And they were lucky you were I the neighbourhood for this artistic new highlight of this new museum.

Bonjour Roland,
A little bit mysterious picture, with I think three young girls against the handrail.
But the brickwork of the wall and light interior makes your picture nice.
Create depth and perspective and a lovely atmosphere.

Il y en a toujours qui suivent le groupe mais qui réusssissent à faire connaître leur manque d'intérêt pour la chose. Une bonne chose: elles n'ont pas leur téléphone à la main.

In this perfectly composed shot, you have the tall column at the ideal location, allowing the three young individuals to be near the center. The brick wall makes a very effective backdrop.
