I like the mood of this photo; the smiling figure is lovely, and you handled the dark conditions very well. I am also intrigued by the more unusual figure at the top, with the sad face surrounded by arms. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

Hej Lars,
Jag börjar faktiskt bli lite trött på alla överlastade julgranar i alla regnbågens färger, så det här var det finaste julkortet hittills. Jag vet inte vem statyn föreställer, men jag kan tänka mig att den kommer lite närmare julens budskap än alla glittrande granar och renar. Den är väldigt vacker och den är fint fotograferad mot en svart bakgrund.

Hi Lars,
Great effect with the stature on the column so well lit here. It seems to be shining in the darkness of the interior.
I am curious to see more of your Munich photos however I am even more interested in photos from Nuremberg. I spent 3.5 years in Munich but I also spent 1 year as an exhange student at a University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, I was located on the Erlangen campus for a year but was a frequent guest in Nurmberg. Just didn't take any photos there so it is fading in my memory completely.
Great quality photo here with perfect exposure and sharpness.
Merry Christmas to you as well, I need to start preparing a Christmas meal for tonight :)

Zoals wel vaker gooit het geloof alles weer ondersteboven en moet je München-serie worden onderbroken door deze heilige figuur.
Wel mooi fraaie kleurrijke foto die hier goed past.

Hello Lars, I really like the lighting in this shot, the details are beautiful.
The background is so black that the subtle colours of the stone pillar, the carvings and the statue stand out so well.
