Photographer's Note

In the early hours, when I was going to work. I pass in front of every day. And when, I saw this raising sun illuminated this monument of the Moroccan soldiers(warmth of Mediterranean climates ) and paradoxically these pines immaculate of snow (the climate of the North) I took my apparatus and I immortalized the POV.

Notes concerning this monument: In front of the main entrance of the memorial, beyond the traffic circle, you will find the monument of the Moroccan division of the French army. This division also distinguished itself in Vimy. In effect, this unit had also succeeded in advancing enough on the crest of Vimy far. However, his success could not be exploited because of the distance of reinforcements and a bit of ammo.
