In Brittany like in other Celtic country people don't be afraid about the death because they think it is the beginning of a new and better life... But about l'Ankou they are all afraid...
L'ankou is the symbol of the death, he is using a car with horse and signal the death for whom are seeing him...
In Irland you can find the same symbol with the Dead Coach with a car and horses an men without head...

J`aime ta photo de l`interieur de l`Eglise, tres nette et d`une superbe qualite.

Bonjour Olivier, belle leçon sur Ankou, avec la faux, il fait un bel effet. Le cadrage noir et blanc donne une note a l 'ensemble. Bonn journée, amicalement. Michel

C'est malin, je vais avoir l'air de Karriguel en Ankou de Storlok dans la tête tout l'après midi!!
Une belle compo incluant le vitrail et une très bonne gestion de l'exposition.
Du bon travail pour ce monsieur pas si sympathique que ça!!
