Dépendances du château de Malesherbes
Le domaine comporte plusieurs dépendances : la grange aux dîmes, grand grenier remontant à la fin du XIVe siècle ; la maison dite "de Chateaubriand", longère où vécut le frère de l'auteur ; la chapelle datant du XIVe et XVe siècles abrite le tombeau de François de Balzac d'Entragues ; un grand pigeonnier composé de 1 862 boulins où pouvaient loger plus de 8 000 pigeons ; une glacière de 12m de profondeur.

Hello Philippe,
The several buildings seen here are of very different kinds but they all have their charm and beauty. Even the chapel to the right looks very nice in spite of its faded and darkened walls. I like the conical brick roof in the middle, but the nicest place is of course the residential building whose front wall is entirely covered with those green plants. Looking at an enlarged version I see how perfectly sharp this photo is.

A lovely view of the lawn and the surrounding buildings, seen in a nice play of light and shadows. The low, ancient buildings look beautiful in this clear sunlight.

Bonjour Philippe,
This is quite a different shot from those of the chateaux, here, we see the dependent buildings.
It's a charming location, the lawn creating a very free, open impression, with the chapel and the granary playing their part in the whole composition.
The scene has a very calm, relaxing atmosphere. This place seems so permanent, working well though unchanged for generations!
A fine, well-exposed photograph.

Philippe, the domain where the castle is established comprises outbuildings, barns, a chapel. It was like a small village in the past. Fine colors, good sharpness, amitié.

Wide scope of the inner yard at the premises of the Chateau, Philippe.
Humble edifices from the 14th and 15th centuries, well preserved and we see different styles on sides.
