One morning I woke up to gaze upon the rising sun, how glad I was to see the light from my narrow ledge perched above Italian the vallies below. Far far in the sky admist the freezing air anot a breath stirred on the Diable Ridge with is cold cold red granite.

I see that we gave today a bit similar photos :) You catch beautiful scheme of clouds. Basis with dark mountains looks perfectly. I like strong warm colors and contrasts.

Dear Simon,
Amazing colours.
Only colours and textures have composed this picture. How can you say this is a sky colour? No sky defining object is there. It can be an abstract painting also.
Yes, over saturated colour, that has created a little noise also.

There is noise but finally it's not a problem. You forget this is the sky and you discover this is a strong red and strange abstraction... Simply poetic and mystic... Lovely
