An almost monochrome end of the day in Gresse-en-Vercors at the very end of december 2013. A really different mood than the one from my previous picture "Fresh snow" taken few hours before in the morning. Vercors, French Alps.

This is a dramatic scene, and almost monochrome in its sombre beauty. I'm glad that you've allowed the scene to remain that way, instead of boosting the contrast and/or saturation to create unnatural effects. A very effective piece of work.

Un superbe pdv sur ce paysage de montagnes et de forêts enneigées, bonne composition avec les arbres en premier plan, bon rendu de la netteté et de la lumière.
