Photographer's Note

Emerging from a wall of water, the horses of the Bartholdi Fountain seem to spring from the water to flow into the ocean ...
Originally located in the center of the square, the fountain was created in 1892 to Bordeaux. It was Lyon which could finally afford it. The Bartholdi Fountain represents a lady on a car, an allegory of France drawn by its four major rivers.
This fountain is a technical feat - a group of lead and weighing twenty tons, supported by a steel wire.

About the picture, well, the color version didn't have anything special but I like the light so B&W conversion and a little work on the lighting.
