Photographer's Note

The old village of Chinaillon with its chapel of XVIeme century which bears the name of our lady of snow. It was set up on this site because the belief wanted that in this place snow melts more quickly than elsewhere in the village. (from where the name)
The farm with foreground is a traditional farm with its roof into "ancelles" (tiles out of wooden of spruce posed) the vault as for it with a roof in sheeting plank (smaller and nailed tiles out of wooden of spruce but)
