Went to Mt. Saleve, about 1200m, where we can see geneva from above. Took this snap shot of two men discussing maybe whereabout they live :)

A very nice bird’s eye view to the large city. The color yellow and green fields made a very nice spring tone to this urban shot. It is nice to see that Geneva is so green from the top. Nice inclusion of the two figures in the picture, which are naturally fit into the entire scene. I see a little hazy on the top of the city. I guess it is a light smog, which is unavoidable to all modern big cities.
A great view and an excellent shot.

Haha. Very clever photo and nice title, Cessy. Good inclusion of the guys in the foreground, and of course in order for the compo and your title to work, you did the right thing here and went for a deep DOF. Nice colors and light, good yellow dashes from the colza fields.

Hello Cessy. I like the gestures of the people as well as the countryside surrounding them. Would those yellow fields be canola? I like the bright colors and obviously the depth is outstanding. Well done Cessy.

On a l’impression que la ville est à leurs pieds, que la distance entre eux et Genève est tout petite.
Bon cadrage, j’apprécie le piqué de cette image qui me permet de reconnaître différents bâtiments de la ville.

This is probably a scene many of us have seen before, but have never thought to capture. I like how clearly both the men and the scenery are so clearly and accurately captured. Very good Cessy.
