Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer est une ville, un lieu de pèlerinage et une station balnéaire de Provence, dans le département des Bouches-du-Rhône. Elle est la capitale de la Camargue.
La ville, construite autour de son église des XIe et XIIe siècles et longtemps enserrée dans une enceinte, conserve encore aujourd'hui trace de ce passé historique dans la configuration de ses ruelles souvent étroites.

Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer (lit. "Saint Marys of the Sea") is the capital of the Camargue in the south of France.
It is a commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department by the Mediterranean Sea. Its population of about 2,500 rises to 50,000 plus during the summer holidays.

I never know what you're going to present to us next!
usually i prefere some clouds in my shots, but here, the dark royal blues work so well with the bright greens and beige. excellent stark contrast.
