Photographer's Note
I come back from Arles; The Rencontres d'Arles is an annual summer photography festival founded in 1970 by the Arles photographer Lucien Clergue ( 53rd this year). it hadn’t started last week; I went there a few days ago for a black and white photo workshop... I will try to go back soon, I do not get tired!!!
the theme of the workshop was shadows and light, on the quays we were served! so I chose a strong contrast...
Arles is a nice town on the Rhone (the last before the see) very well known because Roman city (arenas and other remarkable ancient places, nice museum) and also as a town of Van Gohg.
Now it is with the photo that this pleasant little town gets a worldwide reputation.

Des Rencontres intéressantes j'imagine ... bien cadrée cette famille avec un bon contraste avec cette version en n&b, après ce stage tu vas pouvoir nous faire partager tes expériences photos.

Salut Christine,un beau noir et blanc surement parfait pour le theme de cette fete de la photographie,bien jouee' avec ombres et lumieres et aussi avec le geometries du pont et du mur sur la droite, la famille c'est l'ingredient parfait pour completer si bien la vue. Belle soiree' et merci,Luciano

and the best choice is the sepia..
Iprefer the sepia in the photos
because they seem more artistics
