Photographer's Note
Another post dealing with this nice field invaded by poppies. Here I chosed to compose my picture with a foreground taken in a zonewhere poppies were not as dense as in my previous contribution. I was interested in capturing the dfferent colors of the poppies, of the corn, and of the nice blue cornflowers that grew simultaneously here. I liked the graphic effect given by the oblique corn ears bended by the mistral wind. I hope you'll like this one !!!
Une autre image portant sur ce champ envahi par les coquelicots. J'ai choisi pour celle-ci de composer avec un premier plan où les coquelicots n'étaient pas aussi dneses que précédemment. Je me suis intéressé ici à capturer les touches de couleurs des coquelicots, des céréales et des bleuets qui venaient s'y ajouter. J'ai aimé aussi l'effet graphique apporté par l'obliquité des blés couchés par le mistral. J'espère que vous apprécierez cette image !

Excellent image! The verticle panorama works very well here. I love the contrast between the dense poppies in the background, the grass and poppies in the middle ground, and the red and blue contrast in the foreground.

Jolie vue de cette mer de coquelicots, sur la partie haute la quantite est vraiment impressionante, mais au niveau couleur je prefere la partie basse pour le joli melange avec les fleurs bleus. Je me demande aussi si ce genre de photo ne serait pas mieux sur TN ?

I like the waving grass on a diagonal interspersed with the attractive red & blue flowers. Well composed, with good color & lighting. The strip of red at the back is great. Tres bon!

Very appealing crop. The thin form adds to the sense of depth and help us stay focused in the beautiful colors. Very pleasant. A frame would fit quite well in this photo.

j'aime voir ces herbes folles au vent est toujours ce superbe rouge coquelicot avec en plus sur ce cliché ces petites fleurs bleues,le format encadre parfaitement cette superbe scene champetre.

Good catch and a well made crop and use of the vertical format. I also remark the fine structure of the grass adding contrast to the coloured spots of the flowers. Well done Loic

j'aime particulierement celui-ci du fait de son format et bien entendu par cette repartition marrante des couleurs. bien vu !
j'ai fait aussi enormement de photos de coquelicots ces derniers jours, je suis fasciné par cette fleur et les mariages de couleurs qu'elle permet.

and yes, i can well do see the wind over the corn! Excellent vertical crop, underlining the sequence of colors and shapes. Very nice compo.. perhaps i was tempted to crop out the dark trees on the top... but is only for my 'passion' for the red of the poppies!! ;D))

A well composed shot, rendered with great clarity, colour, and contrast. I really like your rendering of the grasses intermingled with the poppies and other flowers. Its not too soft but delicate enough to appear like a painting. I also like your format, which is also artistic. Very well done. First rate.

Fantastic - love it! Without the blue of the corn flowers it would be just good, it's the contrast with the blue that does it for me. The crop is clever too - it really emphasises the gradiated effect. Excellent deeps colours.

We get a lot of poppies in the UK in June and a field full of them is a beautiful sight. I like your composition here to also include the cornflowers and the narrow vertical format of your presentation.
