Church Saint-Pancrace XIIIe XIVe XVe XIXe Centuries.
(6 assembled images).
Built in place of a first Romance building of XIIe century, the church presents a nave in cradle broken of XIIIe XIVe century, an arched choir of warheads with five sides of XVe century, a partly medieval bell-tower raised at the time of the enlarging of the church in 1826-1827.
At the interior, one discovers a retable of wood carved polychrome of the XVIIe century has twisted columns, a fabric, representing the martyr of Saint-Pancrace, of the stained glasses of 1854 of the glass Master Alexandre Mauvernay, (1810-1898, of Saint Galmier, the Loire).
Saint Pancrace of Rome, would have been born towards 289-290, dies martyr at 14 years, into 304, at the time of persecutions of Dioclétien. Patron saint of the children, guard of the domestic animals, and also patron saint of the Corsican gangsters, (wikipedia).
Lunas is a French commune located in the department of the Herault of the Languedoc-Roussillon area, populated of 638 Lunassiens, distributed on 45 km², that is to say 14 hab./km².

Hello Joël,
A very good capture of this church with its impressively tall tower. Some nice light and shadow contrasts under lovely blue sky. Very good clarity.

Salut Joël,
the POV helps to make this tower a bit larger as it is in real I think, well done. Good light and shadow contrasts on two walls against the blue sky. And the excellent details may be explained by the six images. The workshops show very well the inner church.

Un sacré travail, car ton image garde une belle homogénéité de tons. C'est vrai que placer une telle tour dans un cadrage classique relève de l'impossible. De très belles textures, une bonne note et un très beau ws, du très bon boulot!!

cette tour se détachant surle ciel bleu paraît immense,par rapport au reste de l'église!C'est vraiment un bon cadrage!L'architecture est très jolie avec tous les décrochements de toits!J'aime bien l'inclusion des branches vertes sur la droite!Superbe!

Bien belle photo de cette eglise au clocher imposant et de fort belle construction.
Très bon POV et la lumière joue bien son rôle et crèe des jolies ombres.Belle toile de fond avec ce ciel bien bleu.

Bonjour Joel,
le format maximal n'etait presque pas suffisant pour recevoir cette imosante eglise de Lunas. Excelante contriburion aux collections thematiques. Dans telles photos je souhaite toujours avoir de beaux nuages. Mais ce n'est pas tout a fait important - ici tu nous laisses admirer le sujet sans se deconcentrer. Merci Joel, a la prochaine.

la tour de cett eéglise est tès bien mise en valeur, 2 côté différent, onmbre et lumière, parfait le captage, quel effet de fuite vers le ciel fait ce clocher, superbe.

un excellent cadrage au millimétre mais tout est rentré, belle photo, la lumiére est bien équilibrée malgré la forte zone sur le coté, imagine avec un reflex.....

Bonjour, cher Joël,
Elle a fière allure cette église, avec son clocher tour s'élançant vers le ciel bleu. Je ne pense pas avoir déjà vu une si belle église dans sa conception architecturale. De plus, l'environnement est superbe. Ce village a gardé toute sa beauté.
Très bon cadrage (pas facile à réaliser).

Bonsoir Joël,
Pas facile de trouver l'angle de vue le plus approprié pour prendre dans son entier cette belle église. Ce clocher n'est pas commun et paraît surdimensioné ici. Très belle gestion des lumière qui donne un bon relief à l'architecture. J'aime beaucoup ta photo complémentaire sur cette vue plongeant sur le Choeur, j'apprécie la netteté sur les vitraux et les détail que l'on peut apercevoir malgré l'éloignement. Beau et intéressant travail, bravo Joël et merci pour la note.
