Photographer's Note
A symetry or a dissymetry ?
Both people read on the wall of the peace which stands at the opposite of the eiffel tower on the champs de mars. The word peace is written in every language.
But we have one man, one woman. They are separated by a very symetric monument.
How can peace can be represented between these people if they are not looking at each others...
The most perverse of you would see in this picture a phallic symbol which separates man and woman.
Is it only regarding this ?

Good night time shot which shows this memorial in a completely different way. I have photographed this place during the day and your image shows a completely different view. THank you for posting.

Tentative originale Guillaume, dommage pour la netteté, mais peut-être est-ce l'oubli du treppier. En tout cas bonne inspiration pour le commentaire, tout en finesse ;-)

Interesting fortuitous disposition of people and objects. Very nice night shot.

So far, this is the first photo I have seen that shown the Eiffel Tower standing near PEACE, even though Paris has been the place where 4 parties of the Vietnam War sat together to deal the peace...
Thanks for sharing,
