Photographer's Note
Sreet artist in front of Notre Dame de Paris, fire show with goa trance music. Fascinating.
It was the most difficult conditions I have ever met since I began photography, about 7 years now. No really lights (and photography is light), almost dark, the artists were always moving, no flash of course (I hate that, just in the case of martin Parr's photography). The light was near the face so it was quite easy to have details of her face, but most of the others ones have a kind of ghostly results and grain, but I love that to :-)
I was with my teacher of photography and we had a lot of fun for this photo session.

Hi Frederic,
interesting effect and a good composition :)
Don't know about the effect of the music being played at that moment (I'm not a fan of such kind of music at all) but I simply judge the photo which is very expressive due to the light management and, of course, the POV!
PS. I strongly dislike using flash, too, bu from time to time I have to use it :( But definitely not in similar conditions, of course!
The best teacher is loads of hands-on experience! ;)
