Photographer's Note
"Un Soir Sur La Seine" was taken the same evening after I took the photo "La Seine". There was a musician playing an instrument on the left bank of the river, alone. No one was listening to his music. But I was there and listened to it. Perhaps he was simply practicing. He played well though. Noticed? I am not telling anyone which kind of instrument he was playing that evening. I would like you to imagine it. The golden reflection on the river and the music left a strong impression on me.
Igor, I hope that the accident really wasn't serious. I hope that you are all right. This is not the time to talk about my silly picture. If you are hurt, get well soon. It will be a few days before I can put up something else. Nobu.

unfortunately I could not write today, I had a motocicle accident, and just tonight I got home, nothing dangerous, and some injury to my bike a little 'hurt'. Unfortunately I could not guess what your mysterious music sounds, may be to be banal I would say it was the guitar, but may be by then it was not ...
Anyway - you have expressed your feelings and this is the most important thing, though I'm alone, I continue to observe your emotions through your pictures ...

Dear Nobu,
I am looking at this scene and imagining the the strains of the accordion (I presume, based on my last visit to Paris) from the lone musician. I imagined this scene as a a piece of art - a painting, and I have taken the liberty to post a workshop of an 'artistic' effect of your shot. Hope you like it.

Hello dear Nobu,
Knowing your taste for classical music, it must be violin. I know you like western classical music. I see him standing all alone under the arch . The image is very I presume it is definitely not a piano. The music must be very enchanting and I see the golden reflection from the light as if coming from his instrument. I like peaceful atmosphere. The silhouetted musician intrigues me.I like the way you put your thoughts into these images.
