Photographer's Note
A street dancer at Paris-Plages.
Paris-Plages had been created by the Mayor of Paris, Bertrand Delanoe in 2002.
Artificial beaches in summer on 2 places in Paris. Here, in the center on the banks of the Seine. The other beach is located on the Canal de l'Ourcq, in the 10th and 19th districts.
This event had been created for people who can't go on holidays.
Been a long time I hadn't taken photos by night. It was a real challenge, and as I never use a tripod ... :-)

I wld rather say - dancer in the golden light.
Looks like it was taken at sunset.
It wld be perfect if the man was placed on the left side though. What do you think?

the tungsten glow works like magic on the sensor, the warm orange results is so tempting, you just want to keep making photos playing wit the iso..here i would have wanted the main subject further left to see the magic of the light and blur of the remaining subjects..

Celle-ci je l'avais aperçue mais je n'avais plus de martiens verts à accorder!
J'adore les teintes et le mouvement.
Très beau aussi les personnages esquissés en arrière plan.

Hi Fred,
I like it for sure... Motion blurr behind the dancer, reddish light behind the two passerbys. No doubt stage is your dancer in the darks :)

je ne le fais pas exprès, hein, de cliquer sur les photos oranges... Impossible de ne pas être attirée par cette belle photo d'atmosphère ! Beau mouvement, belle attitude, beau boulot.
