Welcome to TE. You'll find a lot of helpful critiques from people if you take them into your heart :D
Concerning this shot: it is tilted. Always watch out for the horizon, unless you are trying on purpose to line up the shot with something else. If you do not manage to keep the horizon in line, you cal always do it in the post-process. While this is an interesting snapshot of a place we have not seen on TE so much of, we don't really either get to learn much in it except that there is a bus place in Finland. It would be helpful to concentrate on something specific, like a bus, the ad we see here or then the structure of the roof that covers the stop, or then even the people passing by. Here we are missing a central point that would allow us to look at the picture and feel that we are actually looking at something.
