The harbour wall at Kaštel Lukšić in Kaštelanski Zaliv (Kastela Bay), Croatia.

We had moored up against the harbour wall (no tides to speak of, so not a problem), and I was sitting on the cabin roof enjoying a beer, when these three girls walked past going out to the end of the breakwater. There was no way back apart from the way they had gone, so I grabbed my camera, and waited patiently for them to return. Sure enough, after sitting watching the water, and no doubt discussing matters of import, for some minutes, they duly retraced their steps. I was ready for them, gave them a cheery (I hope!) wave, and shot off a couple of frames. They didn't seem to mind, and even smiled back in an indulgent, forbearing way; but they didn't wave back. Probably wondering what the dodgy old man in the boat was up to...
