Photographer's Note
When we visited former Yugoslavia - especially Croatia and Bosnia-Hercergovina - in 1984, two kinds of water sports were common for the young men of Mostar around Stari Most bridge.
1) Some would jump the 20 m down from the bridge into Neretva river. This requires fitness plus some courage. The habit still exists as jumpers' association, against a fee from the tourists, and I think they also liked some mark or franc in those days of the dinar.
2) Other would do stationary water-skiing in the swift current of Neretva. A self knitted board, together with a long rope fixed on the bank would be sufficient for a lot of fun. No motor boat required: the current itself provided sufficient buoyancy.
3) I hope he survived the Yugoslav wars, and if yes, he should be in his late fifties or early sixties now. Hvala!

Salut Sven,
C'est original pour une vue de Mostar où l'on a plus l'habitude de présenter le célèbre pont ... intéressante vue avec ce dynamisme et ces belles eaux bleues, merci du partage.
