Picture Bruges 2018

Summer in Bruges
Bruges is the capital and largest city of the Belgian province of West Flanders and of the arrondissement of Bruges. The city, located in the northwest of the country, is also the capital of the electoral canton of Bruges, has four cantons of its own and is the seat of the diocese of Bruges and of a court of assizes.
The historic centre is listed as a medieval city on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is ovoid and about 430 hectares. The entire municipality has a surface area of over 13.840 hectares. The city has more than 118,000 inhabitants; about 20,000 of them live in the inner city. The inhabitants of Bruges are called Bruggelingen.
The economic significance of Bruges stems mainly from its sea port, Zeebrugge. The city is also a world-famous tourist attraction.

I hope you can enjoy.
