Hallo Didier!
These photos of the "fagnes" are able to make the viewer addicted! Again a really wonderful and very atmospheric photo of this outstanding landscape. The impression of wideness is very strong here and one can feel cold ... well, a coffee in "Baraque Michel" will help ;-)

Le squelette en ombre chinoise et le cadrage 1/4 donnent une superbe dimension à cette image,de plus le mouvement diagonal des nuages et leur harmonie avec le ciel sont la cerise sur le gâteau.

Coucou Didier,
On pourrait presque en faire une chanson : il y a le ciel, les souches d'arbre et la neige ...
Bon, c'est moins poétique que la chanson de départ, mais le coeur y est ;-)
Les mouvements dans le ciel sont superbes, avec de jolies couleurs.

Hi Didier,
The single bear tree really gives a sense of loneliness and that you are out in the middle of nowhere. The streaked orange clouds are beautiful and their lines give a good sense of depth into the shot as they draw us to the distance. Love the texture on the cold snow too.

Cet endroit semble désolé mais c'est un véritable paradis pour les photographes avec ces squelettes d'arbres dénudés par l'hiver. Quand, en plus, le ciel se met de la partie en se parant de telles couleurs, cela devient carrément fantastique.

Non seulement le ciel est merveilleux, par ces couleurs, mai la position du nauges coloré en diagonales est fantastique, avec cet arbre au formes arrondies, quel beau contraste avec les lignes du ciel, merveilleux.

Didier,
I see that you're still working with the 14-24mm lens. I rented it for my Canada trip and I must say that I wasn't very happy for it. Specially in a light condition as you got it here. My ND grad filters were to small to cover the lens appropriately and quite often I had my fingers in the image or some bad vignetting.
I don't see anything of this here. You did a splendid job! The only detail is a slight halo around the tree, but nothing really bad to the point to ruin the image.
