Photographer's Note
...this picture will learn you nothing about a famous monument in Brussels. You've seen it many times in TE... especially since it has been fully restored after almost 50 years of smog, rain, freeze and other atmospheric aggressions etc.
I took the opportunity of the special french-speaking community holliday (on sep 27th)... when everybody is working in the flemish speaking part of the country (!) to visit the "Atomium" with my children.
I must say that I was surprised to see that the surroundings are still under construction... hence the POV I choose.
I invite you to try the restaurant in the upper level ball...I discovered that it is being run by a famous chef (salut Alexandre !).

Bonjour Eric,
Alors là , l'originalité est au rendez-vous!
Le POV est très précis et place vraiment cette lampe au bon endroit.
C'est du millimetré.
Les lumières manquent un peu de dynamique mais tu évites comme cela toute surexposition au niveau des reflets.
Une manière bien personnelle de présenter ce monument dont nous pouvons être fiers.

Belle réalisation, on dirait l'atomium mai lui n'a pas la boule orange au milieu (La mienne représente depuis 1958, une molécule de fer avec ses 9 atomes) la votre avec sa boule orange représente peut-être la molécule de cuivre? Amicalement Thomas

Hi Eric,
Interesting point of view, playing a little bit with the Atomium. Nice contrast between orange and dominantly blue colour of the image.
I didn't know that the reconstruction of the whole site has not finished yet. I visited it before the renovation started and it was indeed in a bad shape back in 2003.
