Hello claudiu,
very nice picture, a good perspective : the big wheel really seems to get out the sky.
Nevertheless, i think it could have been great without the character on the foreground.
It could have made the picture kind of void, but with a nice POV, and somme good postprocessing, maybe a cool efect could have been reached.
Anyway, with th girl, it's stille very interesting, because although the wheel is big, you cleverly shoot from a lower position which makes her not as tiny as this in front of the wheel. That créates a good balance between foreground and background.

Great shot, very sharp overall focus, excellent subject and composition!

You might try boosting the saturation slightly to bring out the colors, though, but that is just my opinion.

On a side note, the "sister" of the Prater's Ferris wheel is here in Dallas, TX.
