Photographer's Note
Osumi river has its sourse on Albania's South Eastern border with Greece, it runs northwest from there to end in the Adriatic Sea. Osumi is especially beautiful on the mountain areas through which it runs. It snakes left and right creating fabulous scenes with every turn. Most of common fish and eels found in other European rivers are also found here (e.g trout, barbel) along with an incredible number of species of insects (grashoppers and butterflies among others). River rafting is becoming more and more popular as more and more tourists visit Albania.

Ciao dear Aleks,
interesting photo, in which the eye is captured by the beautiful red color of the poppy. A pleasant composition with a good perspective of the river. Excellent also the sharpness and the depth of field. Compliments!
