This is Huc Bridge or the wooden footbridge, built using the finest wood to connect to Ngoc Son Temple in Tortoise Island in the middle of Hoan Kiem lake. It's a historical landmark and the pride of Hanoi and
considered as a real gem of the city. In fact, the more you spend time here learning about the lake, the more special it becomes....
Taken on a cool overcast afternoon...

Hello Abmdsudi, this is a very attractive bridge, perfect for photography.
The contrasting green reflected on the water makes this shot really stand out in the thumbnails.
The branches on the l/h/s direct our eyes towards the bridge. The colourful flags complete the scene.

Hello Abmdsudi,
The red bridge, the flags on it and the green of the trees and their reflections add some very appealing colours to the composition. The overhanging tree branches stand out well from the white sky as well.

Hello Abmdsudi,
I remember seeing this bridge in Hanoi although the weather was cold and overcast with drizzling rain when I was there. Perhaps why I never took a decent shot of it. Good sharpness and nice reflections. Tfs!
