Treatment of the subject is nice - I would probably consider cropping out the guy on the motorbike - it's a slight distractor.
I like the way the colors work - even in the harsh sunlight; this looks like a mid-day shot. Wonder how the same subject would look at dawn/dusk with less harsh light.
The angle is spectacular - gives a sense of the building as a whole, and gives the impression that the front of the building is much lower that the back of the building - not sure if that's true or not.
