Hello Ian,
Hue is a big city so maybe it's only natural that I don't recognize anything in these pictures. They are interesting for showing a city that seems to be growing fairly haphazardly, with no obvious planning or ideas of creating a common style for a neighbourhood.

The wideness of the city is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the buildings. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
