Hi Bro,
I like the composition concept here where the main subject is petruding out from two role of 4 storey shop lots. Further to that the horizontal line is well balance here. The sky seems dramatic enough with strong wind pulling the light clouds all over. Good one.

Nice architectural contrast, although it's a tiny bit off center.
It's awfully hard to center something, that's why most of the times it's best to avoid it. In this case it is fully justified though, because the contrast of modern & cozy, monumental & homely, as well as the central disposition of the tower... They all point out to a classic centered composition.
Nice color & contrast though, it might be worth it to improve on a workshop...
