Photographer's Note
Taken about 11:30pm with the Royal Palace (Wat Phra Kieo) in the background. I had gone out looking for shots that encapsulated what living in Thailand had been like. The transportation theme came through very strong! I tried to make the tuk-tuk the subject and used the road to lead the eye in. The temples in the back were just a bonus.

Hello Chris
I read your note and i agree with your intention to show us in a way how is it living in Bangkok. To be honest with you,i don't think i get that from your picture. I am not , a photographer or an expert,i just say what i think ok ?The line of the pavemet is a very good thing that you added it.Also the palace in the back...i wish i could see more of it, and more details.I don't like the "ghost man",and you could have cropped the bottom of the image in order the white line to be exactly in the corner. That's only sugestions...
Last but not least, welcome to trekearth and hope to see more of your pictures!
Nick

Welcome to TE, Chris!
Good use of linear perspective & vanishing point to create depth.

I have found that long exposure on digital cameras can bring some very interesting, sometime surreal mix of colors, and i like your pix for that. You indeed covered the most ubiquitous modes of transport, moped, truck, tuktuk and red/blue taxis.
