‘Erawan National Park - More spots in Erawan’

Continuation of my previous post about Erawan Falls in the eponymous national park in Kanchanaburi.

Some of these photos here were taken with my smartphone.
The views are not really spectacular, but it is a very beautiful park.
I admit I found it very difficult to capture the beauty of Erawan Falls in photo. I really liked this park with its pools and waterfalls on seven different levels. But each photo here shows only a limited part of the spacious and wooded area in which you find yourself.
The hike up was also worthwhile.
I must be honest: I only made it to the sixth level :(

The total climb to the seventh level is one and a half kilometers. Not much really. But the higher the level, the less easy the climb and between levels 6 and 7 there’s no more wooden walkway.
By the way, many visitors keep hanging around in the pools of level 1 or 2.
The problem for everybody was mainly the time. You have to be back on time at the parking lot where your minibus is waiting. Erawan is quite far from Kanchanaburi town (too far for a tuk tuk) and the visit of the falls is combined with other visits in the province on a day tour. Everywhere time was limited :(
You actually have a choice between diving in the blue pools or the hike up ... and this guy here can't show you pictures of the girls in bathing suits in the pools … Maybe in the next life.
I did show fish :)
