Photographer's Note
This is a picture from across the street from the Mitsukoshi Department Store in Taichung, Taiwan. The expsoure was quite long and when I took the picture, it was just starting to rain so I had to shield the camera with my body so the lens would not get wet. I used a tripod and the self-timer so as not to disturb the exposure.
