Inside Kremlin there are some interesting buildings and monuments, but the most important is the wide view you have above the Volga and the mouth of Oka river.
Here we can see a monument paying homage to Prince George Vsevolovich and Saint Simon, his spiritual guide. George was a saint and founder of the city. In the BG you can see Saint archangel Mikhail Cathedral, built in 1227 in timber but the building we can see today was built in 1631. When the other cathedral inside the castle was demolished by the Soviet government the remains of the Russian hero, Kuzma Minin, came to this church. I will talk about Minin some day ahead.

Dentro do Kremlin (castelo) há muitos prédios e monumentos bonitos, contudo o que mais impressiona é a vista ampla dos rios Volga e Oka.
Aqui vemos um monumento que mostra o príncipe Jorge Vsevolovich e seu mentor espiritual São Simão. Esse príncipe, que era santo, fundou a cidade.
Atrás podemos ver a Catedral do Arcanjo Miguel, erguida em 1227 em madeira, mas o que vemos hoje data de 1631. Quando a outra catedral dentro do castelo foi demolida por ordem dos soviéticos, as cinzas do herói russo Kuzma Minin foram levadas para essa igreja. Vou falar sobre Minin daqui alguns dias.

Jorge, the sculptures depict personages that played an important role in the city's history. They are well included in the same frame with the cathedral tower crowned by a green ball. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.

Hello Jorge,
You have chosen an excellent view to make the upright stances of Prince George Vsevolovich and Saint Simon dominate the f/g with excellent clarity.
The dome of the cathedral makes a very effective third feature, contrasting by its colours but similar in its strong vertical appearance.

You composed this nicely. The two figures and the church tower are neatly lined up side by side, and their "heads" make an elegant diagonal line. The trees and the blue sky provide a fine background and there is a very attractive light.

The trees are framing well the scene. The point of view is showing the details of the monument and of the tower of theSt. Archangel Mikhail cathedral. The light is bringing out the colours.

Hello Jorge,
Good capture of these two dark sculptures, they are nicely juxtaposed next to the green tower with a dome on top. Also the trees make a good background, especially in this fine light.
