Photographer's Note

The Kremlin's Spasskaya Tower is the main tower with a through passage on the eastern wall of the Kremlin in Moscow. It overlooks Red Square. The tower is 71 metres high and was built in 1491 by the Italian architect Pietro Antonio Solari. The clock which is known as the Kremlin Clock was installed in the middle of the 19th century and the red star was added to the top by the Soviets in 1935. This photo was taken from St Basil's Cathedral.
