Here's a photo of a little island off the main beach at Boracay - when it's high tide the island is only accessible by swimming over. Note that there is a shrine to the virgin Mary atop one of the rocks on this island.

Interesting place for a shrine. The scene lok very nice. The ocean and the beautiful colour of ths sky make this image very enjoyable. The sand look a bit overexposed but overall the image is very good. Thanks David.

An interesting location to put a shrine, but beautiful regardless. The water looks inviting, and you have a beautiful sky.
I like the single palm tree in the middle too.

Interesting island & shrine. There are two coconut trees on that small island. The foreground beach is just a little overexposed. I'll try a WS to try to recover some details. Regards. Latiff.

David,
I looked at this photo about three times in the main gallery before going to your page and actually seeing it was yours. Nice photo. Color and composition are excellent. The colors of the sky, sea and sand really create a good framing for the shrine. I also like the different shades of green in the trees and the fact that you can actually see the Virgin Mary in fairly good detail in the shrine.

Beautiful tropical seascape. The odd trees on the rocks are a curiosity. And the shrine is really a bonus to the scene.
