Taken in Isabela province, the no. 1 rice producing province in the Philippines. If ever you wander in Isabela, you can see ricefields almost everywhere. Scenes like these are daily sight.

A beautiful daily life picture Alford, the carabao in full action, the farmer barefoot, the reflections outside the wrinkles is wonderful, the moutains gives the perfect depth, the green trees excellent atmosphere.

Such a rustic scenery. I grew up in Iloilo, in a small town, and scenes like this is something very common for me. It is nice to have someone post this in here. IMHO, I would crop it tighter on top to focus more on the ricefield an dthe reflection on it.

Fantastic pastoral scene Alford. The composition is very effective with all the ellemnts located in the right places...The feeling of "movement is also very well captured and the reflections on the water a very pleasant detail.
