Photographer's Note
This was taken around 4pm, and the farmers still have a long way to go to finish their planting, as evidenced by the unplanted ricefields in the background. Considering the fact that they're barefoot in a muddy and wet area, and are in a bent position almost all day, it's really hard work!
The usual planting rate for a group of 10-15 farmers is 1 hectare(~2.5 acres) per day.
It just finished raining earlier that day, and the very narrow roads on the rice field were slippery and muddy. I almost dropped my camera in the water when I nearly slipped on my way back :)

Two hats on field, could be said. In this case, accordingly your title, it is not needed to show faces. Very good documentary shot also. I like that horizontal line - so well cropped too. And exellent balance. Be happy of this shot, Alford.
