Hello Derek,
I see we are neighbors on Trekearth today, and what a magnificent and unusual photo to have as a neighbor to my routine photo from Virginia. The peak is so beautifully lit up by the sun, while a wide band in the middle is covered in darkness.

What a gorgeous shot, with a hogh contrast between light and shadow. But the reflection in the water is too dark. See my WS

Hi Derek, what a magificent shot.. outstanding beauty.. I think Clodos WS is excellent bringing out the reflection.. Sadly today photography is as much about PP as it is taking the images. There is alsways a huge debate as how much and what you can do before it is regarded as "cheating". I will leave that to a debate.. but certainly a bit of work on this image has made a magnificent shot into a magnificent imahe. Congrats Look forward to following you on your travels. Rich
