Photographer's Note
The first pic I posted of this child is called "good morning sun". This peaceful boy was watching the sun rise and the jedi with a real intensity. Silence. Light. Beauty of architecture. Simplicity of this soul. What else to be happy and to feel deeply the moment.
Add of sepia calc.

Truly brilliant pic, it has everything I'm looking for into an image : mood, content, compo and sensitivity.
A slight tilt, it seems, but who cares...
I think it'll go a long way. Goes to my favs too.

Really nice shot Pascal. What impresses me here is how you have been able to make good use of the very contrasty and difficult lighting, as well as the really excellent posture you have caught the boy in. Very nice.

Wonderful image, congratulations. There are some "strange" things like the background that is both blurred and sharp in contour and the range of tones on the boys head that are a little blocky, but they actually improves the photo. Being able to turn technical problems into benefits is very impressive.

Very nicely done. I agree, the washed out areas really help the picture.

Bonjour Pascal,
My first thought when I saw this shot was its effect on me about the philosophy of life. Then I clicked on your intro and to my surprise I saw that you are studying philosophy.
Our photos are reflecting ourselves I think.
I liked the curiosity of the small boy about the life and the jedi. The sun shine covering th boy`s head made me feel secure and peaceful.
Thanks for sharing.
best wishes
Sibel
