Photographer's Note

This is my first shot outside India.I visited Malaysia this summer and this shot of the petronas towers is from the capital KualaLumpur taken in the morning at around 11:00 a.m.I can give you a detailed description of these towers,
1.Architect who designed this tower was Cesar Pelli.
2.This tower was built in 1998.
3.The towers are mainly commercial office towers covered under the modern design.
4. At 1483 feet (452m) tall, the tallest building in the world at the date of its completion, measured to the highest point. However, the Sears Tower in Chicago still has the highest occupied building floor, more than 200 feet higher than the highest occupied floor of the Petronas Towers. Each of the twin Petronas Towers is 88 stories plus an additional architectural point (at 1242 feet), plus a tall spire to 1483 feet.
5.Tapering twin towers (connected by a sky bridge) share an Islamic-influenced geometrically polygonal plan. Featured extensively in "Entrapment", a cool action movie starring Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones.
6.Finally,this tower has around 32,000 windows.
'TRULY LARGE' isn't it.
These towers standing tall in the capital indicates the progress of the Malaysian economy. It shows the clear picture of the kingdom's progress in the recent years. These towers are the second tallest buildings in the world today. It was quite hot and humid out there with the scorching heat of the sun in the tropics taking a toll on me.I had to avoid the harsh light while taking this snap.I was a bit unlucky that i could'nt get a more detailed and close-up view.
