Photographer's Note
Some locals in Sabah (East Malaysia) called this as `Ikan lamun' or `Ikan Bayan' especially the blue-green one. The Bajau (Sea Gypsy People) called it as `Ogos, Mommol and Dorong'. You could found this kind of dried-salted fishes in Lahad Datu or in Kudat (fishermen villages). My family used to fried it and eat with rice. Others like to grilled it and eat with chicken without rice. Try one. You never regret it!!
