Bandar Baru Kampar / Kampar New Town is under developing since a university is built at Kampar. Some of the new shoplots at Kampar New Town are imitation to Europe style architectures. The reddish buildings in above photo are imitation to Amsterdam style. The Grand Kampar Hotel in background is resemble to Europe style too, it was built in the year 2007.

You have captured a new character & atmosphere in the making of this former old town and everything looks freshly modern and neat as compared to decades ago, I remember as a result of the on going new redevelopments. Your viewpoint is excellent with impeccable sharpness & wonderful ambient in vivid detail and the imposing red building with it's new design naturally pop up stunningly and juxtapositioned so effectively to the adjacent new hotel building. A fantastic composition of the modern part of the city, very nice contrast between the large hotel building and the smallest of colors so warm and that original roof.
Palm trees are a nice complement.

nice contrast between the colored façades and the white building, despite being copies the style isn't so similar with the original ones nor so tall like the others being something original. it is a pity the white sky.
