after 5 click i get this result with 1/6,F6.3...

Hi Niol,
Welcome. Good technique to twist and snap at the same time. You can try zooming in and out your lens as well to create a different effect.
You can post a bigger picture if you wish to.

nice shot, twist and snap at the same time.
well-done experiment. the photo format does not allow to be glad in height of your work. tries to exploit to the maximum the disposal dimension .
