Hello Urs,
This is really quite delightful, a real feast for the eyes, at the same time soothing to the mind. The light is glorious and the soft understated tones perfect in my mind. The mountain peaks receding one behind the other bring a 3-D effect to the scene. Top class photography.

uno splendido paesaggio la cui bellezza hai sintetizzato a perfezione nel titolo.
Il rosa del cielo e il blu delle montagne lontane si uniscono in una magica composizione nella quale anche il paesaggio più vicino contribuisce alla bellezza della scena.
Ottimi i colori e impeccabile anche la nitidezza ed il contrasto.
Una ottima composizione rende inoltre ancor più piacevole la foto.

Hello Urs,
This is a wonderful scenery, a real east Asian classic, reminding me of Vietnam and China. The shallow river makes a fine foreground but the layers of increasingly hazy mountains are of course the most significant part of the composition. I love the evening light and the pink and orange sky.

A special place, Laos. The layers of hills in the distance makes for a great feeling of depth. It has been years since I was there ... but I have great memories and remember wonderful people. TFS
