Photographer's Note
Laos is a poor country and its education system is lacking. The best option to get a decent education are the Buddhist monasteries like in Vientiane's Wat Mixzai. Here the primary school is attached to the monastery and the teachers are not monks. The schools are basic but free, what helps parents to give all their children an education. The parents bring and take their children to school like this mother with her twins.

Very nice scene, good balanced composition with good exposure and fine details. I can't talk about their education, but the Lao children know English better than their Russian peers, for example.
