Photographer's Note

At a fork in the road. You can see Gojo-zaka street (left) and Chawan-zaka street (right). Both of these two sloping roads are leading to Kiyomizu-Dera Temple. This time, I chose to walk up on the Chawan-zaka.

"Chawan-zaka" means "The Slope of bowls". It's named because there are many ceramic shops.
