Photographer's Note
Yesterday I showed a picture of
the Nara Episcopal Church.
This is the same church in spring 2005. Spring is the season of the cherry blossom for Japanese people -- that includes Christians account for 1% of the population.
Even though they are absolute minority in Japan, they have made very great contributions in the field of education, medical services and social activities. There are many universities and hospitals founded by the Christian Churches in Japan.
The Nara Episcopal Church also has a small kindergarten in the church yard. And this cherry blossom is a contribution for the society, too.
