A view of the Fuji-san from the panoramic spot o Nihondaira. Not perfect weather but playing with contrast helped to pull out the white cone. A bit above diffraction limit to get as much DOF as possible.

Hello Marko,
I like the blossoms on the left side of the frame. The tree and flowers being more dominant in color than Mt. Fuji actually make the scene a bit more like a Japanese painting in my eyes. I like the pastel blue color and the softness of the cone.

Hello Marko,
This is an extraordinary juxtaposition of Cherry tree in full blossoms, signaling the arrival of spring, and the iconic Mount Fuji conveying a sense of extreme cold (and the potential for extreme heat). Excellent composition and flawless exposure.
